Teachers Terms & Conditions
Essential guidelines and policies every teacher must follow on our platform.
Commission Policy
Our commission policy is 50% for the first month and 30% from the second month onward.
Education Requirement
Teachers must be graduates with at least 16 years of education or equivalent qualification.
Complete Registration
Complete registration is required for all teachers before they can start teaching.
Set Availability
Teachers must set and display their availability. Classes will be scheduled accordingly based on your provided schedule.
Fixed Class Timing
Class timing is fixed after confirmation and must be strictly followed. Otherwise, it will be marked Absent with deduction.
Class Changes
If a class time is changed, it will only proceed if both teacher and student are available and agree to the new time.
Check Student Status
Teachers must check student status before class. Only active status classes will proceed.
Payment Schedule
Teachers will be paid at the end of each month. Ensure all classes are marked properly for accurate payment.
Subject Specialization
Teachers must list only their specialized subjects in the title/profile and provide demo in the same subject and language.
Teach Assigned Content
Teachers must teach only assigned subjects, modules, and chapters. Do not deviate from the curriculum.
No Personal Contact Sharing
Sharing personal contact or any social media link is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
Inactivity Policy
Inactive or non-responsive teachers will be suspended. Please maintain regular activity on the platform.
Violation of Rules
Violation of any rules may result in disciplinary action or suspension from the platform. We maintain a strict policy to ensure quality education for all students.
Students Terms & Conditions
Important policies and guidelines for students using the Professional Tutoring Academy platform.
Fee Submission
Fee must be submitted between 1st to 3rd of every month. Late payment may be accepted at Academy discretion.
Official Payment Only
Payment must be made only through the Academy's official account. The Academy is not responsible for payments made elsewhere.
Payment Proof
Students must submit payment proof (TID or screenshot) after payment for verification purposes.
Refund Policy
No refund in normal cases. Refund only if teacher shows repeated absence (as per Academy decision).
Teacher Absence
If a teacher is absent, the class will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Student Absence
If a student is absent, the class will be considered taken/scheduled and will not be rescheduled.
Attendance Rules
Attendance rules must be followed strictly. Regular attendance is essential for effective learning and progress tracking.
Formal Complaint
Students/parents can submit a formal complaint to admin if needed. We take all complaints seriously and will address them promptly.
